Our in-person Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) bridges the gap between inpatient hospitalization and traditional outpatient therapy. Designed for adults who need more structure than weekly counseling but do not require 24-hour supervision, PHP provides up to six hours of therapeutic care each weekday, allowing you to return home each evening and immediately practice newfound skills in the real world.
PHP is the highest level of outpatient care. Patients attend a full therapeutic schedule—group sessions, individual therapy, psychiatric medication management, and holistic wellness activities—while remaining closely connected to family, work, or school outside program hours. The goal is to reduce acute symptoms, prevent relapse or hospitalization, and equip you with coping strategies for lasting recovery.
If you struggle to function day-to-day but do not require overnight care, PHP may provide the ideal balance of intensity and independence.
